The Granular Recovery Technology (GRT) restore job from the backup set of a Hyper-V guest machine on tape fails with 0xe0009b61 error. This issue occurs only when a media server is a Hyper-V host machine and a logon credential for the guest machine is different from that for the media server.

To work around the issue, please select 'To a different location' and enter the original location to Drive and Path fields on the 'Where do you want to restore the data?' page in the Restore Wizard as if a redirect restore is performed. Please note that a correct server logon account for the Hyper-V guest machine should be chosen on that page as well.

A post-command is not run if the job fails with '0xe000810c - Physical Volume Library Drive not available.' even though 'Run post-command even if job fails' option is specified.

When the target device is offline, a backup job fails with 0xe000810c error. In this case, only pre-command is executed even if a post-command is also specified with 'Run post-command even if job fails' option.

This problem occurs only when 'On this Backup Exec server' option is chosen on Pre/Post Commands page. If 'On each server backed up' is selected, neither pre-command nor post-command is run when the job fails with 0xe000810c error.
